Quality Control (QC)

Rigorous Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Quality at MADA EXPORTING is not a final step; it is a continuous process. Before any container is sealed for transit, our dedicated QC team executes a multi-stage inspection protocol to ensure the product arrives in "farm-fresh" condition.

01

Raw Material Intake & Verification
The process begins the moment the produce arrives at the packing house.
Temperature Checks:
We monitor the internal pulp temperature to ensure the field heat has been properly managed.
Sample Testing:
Initial samples are tested for brix levels (sugar content), firmness (pressure testing), and acidity to ensure the fruit meets the peak maturity index for its specific destination.

02

In-Line Monitoring
As the produce moves through the
Global Scan
sorting lines, our technicians perform "spot checks" to calibrate the machinery.
Defect Segregation:
Manual oversight complements our optical sorting to remove any produce with skin blemishes, bruising, or irregular shapes.
Consistency Audits:
We verify that the sizing and coloring remain consistent throughout the entire batch, preventing "grade mixing."

03

S Pre-Loading Final Inspection (The 10% Rule)
Before loading, our inspectors conduct a final random sampling (based on international AQL standards). This includes:
Packaging Integrity:
Checking that cartons are correctly ventilated, pallets are securely strapped, and labeling is accurate for customs compliance.
Phytosanitary Compliance:
A final sweep to ensure zero presence of pests or soil, meeting the strict entry requirements of the EU, GCC, and Asian markets.

04

Cold Chain & Container Optimization
The final barrier to quality is the transit environment. We manage this through:
Pre-Cooling:
Ensuring the container is pre-cooled to the exact set point before the doors are opened for loading.
Data Loggers:
We place digital temperature and humidity loggers inside the container to provide a full history of the environment during the voyage.
Loading Supervision:
We oversee the "stowage pattern" to ensure proper airflow (the "chimney effect") inside the reefer, preventing hot spots and premature ripening.

Our Promise: Every shipment is accompanied by a comprehensive QC Report, including photos of the product, the packaging, and the sealed container, providing our clients with full transparency and peace of mind.
